Do you limit CPU usage?

Normally, no. We have so far never complained to any customer about high CPU usage. Although the cpu is shared in some instances, it will only be limited if and only if it affects the proper functioning of the node. We will never suspend your virtual machine because of this, but we will assign some cores on which your vm will be forced to run instead of all 16 or 8 cores depending on the node in which you are hosted. Normally, the virtual machines are allowed to use several cores for a more balanced usage. This will impact performance of your virtual machine, but not by much.
