Troubleshooting guide.
- Have you reinstalled the server recently?
If yes, please wait up to 10 minutes for the installation to be ready, afterwards please reboot the VPS.
2. Does the server say "online"?
If not, please try booting/rebooting the server until it says "online". If this does not work, please contact technical support.
3. Try connecting via VNC to the server.
You will see two possible outcomes:
- Noon Bootable device: There has been a problem with the installed os. Please contact staff or refer to the article https://hosterlabs.net/panel/knowledgebase/32/Non-Bootable-Device-on-windows-machines..html
- Login screen: Please login with your login credentials
- Try the following command on Linux: ping google.com
- Go to CMD in Windows and type: ping google.com
If you get a hostname not found answer, it means there is a connectivity issue with the VPS. Try clicking on "reconfigure" on the control panel, this should reset the network configuration. If this does not solve it, please refer to https://hosterlabs.net/panel/knowledgebase/31/I-have-no-network-access..html
Else, please check the login credentials are proper as well as wether RDC is activated on Windows / SSH activated on Linux.
If you have any questions/issues please contact support.
